What is Passport Culinary?
Passport Culinary is a seasonal culinary box curated by Chef Sam Marvin of Echo & Rig.
Each seasonal box features 5 - 8 of best-in-class cuts of steak from our ranch partners around the world along with curated recipes and special gifts.
How often do you offer boxes?
Passport Culinary is a seasonal box experience. We offer a unique box each quarter - Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. Each box is $225 + free shipping*
When is each box available?
Seasonal Box Schedule:
Winter Box: Jan 1 - March 30
Spring Box: April 1 - June 30
Summer Box: July 1 - September 30
Autumn Box: October 1 - December 15
When can I expect my box?
We ship boxes every Tuesday afternoon and use 2-Day UPS.
Can I customize my box or make substitutions?
Currently, we do not offer customization or substitutions for the curated boxes. Our goal is to provide a unique culinary experience with carefully selected cuts for each season.
How do you select your recipes per box?
Chef Sam Marvin takes great care in curating the recipes for each box at Passport Culinary. With his extensive culinary expertise and passion for flavors, he meticulously selects and crafts recipes that showcase the exceptional cuts of meat included in the box.
Chef Sam draws inspiration from various cuisines around the world, creating a diverse and exciting culinary experience for our subscribers. He ensures that each recipe is thoughtfully designed to bring out the best flavors and textures of the cuts, while also providing step-by-step instructions and cooking tips to make the preparation process enjoyable and accessible.
Chef Sam's goal is to inspire and empower our subscribers to explore new flavors, expand their culinary skills, and create memorable dining experiences in the comfort of their own homes.
Are boxes only shipped on Tuesdays?
Yes! We ship out boxes every Tuesday afternoon and use UPS 2-Day.
Is there a cut-off time to order for Tuesday shipping?
Yes, Tuesday 12pm. All orders placed after that time will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship to all 50 states and offer free shipping for residents in Nevada, California and Arizona.
How do I track my order?
Your will receive a shipment email notification when your box is shipped.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, we offer free shipping for recipients living in AZ, CA and NV.
For shipping to all other states, shipping will be calculated during checkout using the FedEx shipping calculator.
Does somebody need to be at home to accept delivery?
No, your box will be delivered to your door and is packed with dry ice sheets. Additionally, each cut is frozen solid before packing.
We do urge you to bring your box in as soon as you can and place your box’s cuts in your refrigerator or freezer.
Can I specify what day of the week my box is delivered?
Not at this time. We ship 2-Day shipping and ship out on Tuesdays.
Can I use a PO box as my delivery address?
No, we do not currently deliver to PO boxes.
Can I use a business address for delivery?
Yes, you may use a commercial or residential address for delivery. We do not currently deliver to PO boxes.
How do you ensure the safe delivery of frozen cuts in the box?
At Passport Culinary, we prioritize the safe and secure delivery of our frozen cuts to your doorstep. To maintain the frozen temperature during transit, we utilize a combination of insulated liner, gel ice packs, and coated double-walled shipping boxes. This ensures that the cuts remain frozen solid and arrive in optimal condition for you to enjoy.
Can I reuse or recycle the packaging materials?
Our packaging materials are carefully chosen for their insulation properties to ensure the safe delivery of your cuts. While the insulated liners and cardboard box can be recycled, please note that dry ice bags and any residual dry ice should not be recycled. It is best to dispose of them following the guidelines provided by your local waste management authority.
How do I access my account?
You can easily login to your account at passportculinary.com by clicking the Account link in the navigation section.
You will login to your account with the email you used to sign up for your initial box.
What is your return/refund policy?
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order such as damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

How do I change my account or billing information?
Keeping your account information up to date is important to ensure a seamless experience with Passport Culinary. If you need to make any changes to your account details, such as your shipping address, email address, or payment information, we've made it easy for you to do so.
Head over to passportculinary.com and lick the Account link in the website's navigation and login using the email address that you used to sign up for your initial purchase. From there, you can manage your account information.
Where do I view my order history?
You can view your account information by logging in with your email and password.
I have a gift card - how do I use it?
To use your gift card, simply add your unique code to the DISCOUNT CODE field during checkout.
Can I send someone a gift card?
Yes! (And that is so sweet, by the way!)
To send someone a gift card, simply purchase the card and use your recipient's email for email delivery. Speaking of email delivery, you can also set the day that you would like this sent and a type a personalized message.
Can I gift a box to someone?
Yes!
When you check out, make sure that your recipient's name is added in for SHIPPING and your name and information for BILLING.
